Toronto Real Estate Board Review Sales in 2016 beat the 2015 records by 8.6%! The Toronto Real Estate Board announced that 2016 was a 2nd consecutive record year for home sales! The Greater Toronto Area saw 113,133 home sales, up by 11.8% compared to 2015. The calendar year result included 5,338 sales in December – an annual increase of 8.6%. Real Estate Sales Break Records, With Condominiums Leading The Way! Toronto Real Estate Board announced a record 9,768 sales in October 2016. Up by 11.5% compared to October 2015.
