    My home was in the market for about 4 months with hardly any showings. Matthew and I had a few phone and face to face meetings and I had agreed for him to take over my listing. Immediately I saw the difference. I had showings almost everyday and sometimes multiple showings in a day. He provided advise, was always available to answer any questions or concerns. He was also very knowledgeable about the market. He had made everything seamless and easy for me, given that I had moved to a different city at that time. In the end, he managed to sell the property in a short period of time. I believe that he was very effective and I am very happy with the way everything turned out. I will highly recommend him to anyone who would like to sell their place.

    We had just purchased a house and were completely nervous about selling our house in a timely manor. Matthew took charge of the situation put us at ease and within several days of meeting with him we were ready and listed ( all complete with staging and professional pictures and pamphlets).
