First of all Maurilio and I would like to say, "THANK YOU MATTHEW", your help in securing our first home in less than 2 weeks was beyond what any words can express. When we got home from our vacation this year we were told that our Landlord was putting the house on the market 10 hours after returning from our month long vacation. With a child and a cousin who is developmentally challenged I panicked. My husband suggested we call Matthew Fernandes as he had been highly recommended.
