Matthew is very professional and hardworking. He did a great job publicizing and promoting our property at 15 Michael Power Pl. We were very lucky to have him as our Realtor and would definitely recommend him!

Matthew went above and beyond helping us sell our home and buy our new home.  We sold our home in 3 days for an over asking price.  Matthew is a great communicator, and knows his business very well.  He was there to help us through every step of the process, and taking the time to make sure we made the best decision for us.  Your dedication to your clients is by far the best.  You not only treated us like valued clients, but as friends!

Your advice, patience and guidance was very helpful in making our decision.  You are an amazing realtor, but mostly an absolute wonderful person.  We highly recommend Matthew and his team! You will be in good hands.

We would like to thank Matthew for selling our home, as well as finding us a new house in a timely matter. This was definitely a stressful time for us, but with Matthew's expertise it made it much easier! considering that our closing dates for both the sale and purchase are a match! I would recommend Matthew and will use his services again. Sincerely

Allen and I want to say how much we appreciated your professionalism, flexibility and exceptional customer service. From the moment we met you and began our search for our new home, you were there offering good advice and made our search very pleasant. When it came time to negotiate our deal, you represented our interest in a more than satisfactory manner resulting in a better than expected buying price. Your follow up with all parties involved was quick and steady and made the process seamless. To top things off, we cannot thank you enough for picking up our keys to our new home while we were away. Thank you for the lovely gift and please be assured that we will refer you to friends and family.

We found our first home with Matthew's help. He made the whole process extremely pleasant and easy for us. His commitment to finding something we would love was refreshing and heart-warming. We were lucky to find him and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends or family looking for a place in Toronto. Thank you Matthew!

We are happy to recommend Matthew Fernandes to anyone looking for an expert, reliable and dedicated real estate agent. He took charge of selling our condominium in a very competitive market. Within days our suite was beautifully staged, photographed and listed. His constant follow-up communications kept us in the loop and reassured. We sold for a great price within a short period of time. Thank you Matthew, and your team. It was a pleasure having you on our side!

Well done Matthew! You took up the challenge and you made it work. Our home was listed originally with another real estate agent. After 4 months on the market and no single offer we were completely frustrated. We reduce...d the price twice, completed renovation and still didn't get any offers. After interviewing a few local agents we were lucky to meet you. Simply put, you were AMAZING. Your in depth knowledge of the market, excellent pricing judgement, professional staging services at the very low price and hard work helped us to sell our home in 5 days for 100% of the asking price. We would like to pass along our thanks and appreciation to Matthew and the rest of his staff for an amazing job in getting our place sold. My husband and I are very grateful for your hard work, availability, professionalism and solid representation of our interests. We have no hesitation in recommending Matthew to anyone who is considering the purchase or sale of residential real estate. Sincerely,

We had just purchased a house and were completely nervous about selling our house in a timely manor.
