When we got home from our vacation this year we were told that our Landlord was putting the house on the market 10 hours after returning from our month long vacation. Matthew come to our rescue by coming to our house within hours of us calling him and explaining our difficult situation. He assured us that everything would be alright. We had nothing in place and were caught totally off guard with the landlords surprise decision on selling the house we have been renting for 12 years, he gave us 60 days notice to move.
