My home was in the market for about 4 months with hardly any showings. Matthew and I had a few phone and face to face meetings and I had agreed for him to take over my listing. Immediately I saw the difference. I had showings almost everyday and sometimes multiple showings in a day. He provided advise, was always available to answer any questions or concerns. He was also very knowledgeable about the market. He had made everything seamless and easy for me, given that I had moved to a different city at that time.
