We had just purchased a house and were completely nervous about selling our house in a timely manor. Matthew took charge of the situation put us at ease and within several days of meeting with him we were ready and listed ( all complete with staging and professional pictures and pamphlets). We sold our place right away. Matthew was and is great! I would definitely recommend him!!!!

My home was in the market for about 4 months with hardly any showings. Matthew and I had a few phone and face to face meetings and I had agreed for him to take over my listing. First of all Maurilio and I would like to say, "THANK YOU MATTHEW", your help in securing our first home in less than 2 weeks was beyond what any words can express. When we got home from our vacation this year we were told that our Landlord was putting the house on the market 10 hours after returning from our month long vacation. With a child and a cousin who is developmentally challenged I panicked. My husband suggested we call Matthew Fernandes as he had been highly recommended. Matthew come to our rescue by coming to our house within hours of us calling him and explaining our difficult situation. He assured us that everything would be alright. We had nothing in place and were caught totally off guard with the landlords surprise decision on selling the house we have been renting for 12 years, he gave us 60 days notice to move. Matthew was super attentive to the difficult situation he had on hand, showing us numerous properties on a daily basis and putting up with my crazy and nervous calls every day. At almost 10pm my husband and I were jumping for joy that we had successfully bought our house.
