My home was in the market for about 4 months with hardly any showings. Matthew and I had a few phone and face to face meetings and I had agreed for him to take over my listing. Immediately I saw the difference. I had showings almost everyday and sometimes multiple showings in a day. He provided advise, was always available to answer any questions or concerns. He was also very knowledgeable about the market. He had made everything seamless and easy for me, given that I had moved to a different city at that time. When we got home from our vacation this year we were told that our Landlord was putting the house on the market 10 hours after returning from our month long vacation.
