We had just purchased a house and were completely nervous about selling our house in a timely manor. Matthew took charge of the situation put us at ease and within several days of meeting with him we were ready and listed ( all complete with staging and professional pictures and pamphlets). My home was in the market for about 4 months with hardly any showings. Matthew and I had a few phone and face to face meetings and I had agreed for him to take over my listing.
